This Clairefontaine Pastelmat contains paper in the following colors; sienna, brown, anthracite and obviously white. The Pastelmat is designed for use with dry pastels. Thanks to its fixing ability, layer by layer of pastel can be applied without saturation effect and much less pastel dust is released. It is no longer necessary to use a fixative. The soft surface makes cleaning with your fingers more pleasant.
