Return conditions
The trial period of 30 days after receipt of the article(s) has not yet expired
– Article(s) is/are unworn (trying on is of course possible)
– Article(s) is/are undamaged
– Article(s) have attached labels and/or stickers
– Article(s) is/are packed in original packaging with accompanying guarantee certificates and user manuals if possible
– Article(s) is/are accompanied by any gift items you may have received with the order

You have a cooling off period of 30 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the date of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. For the return of the order, the return costs are at your expense. We will refund the amount within 14 days.

The entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with repayment until he has received the product or until the consumer proves that he has returned the product, whichever comes first. The entrepreneur shall use the same means of payment as the consumer has used for repayment, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

Are there any costs associated with the return?
Within the trial period of 30 days, returning an item is free of charge. We will refund the full purchase price. Please note that you will have to pay the return shipping costs. However, you are liable for products that are so damaged or contain traces of use that go beyond what is necessary to determine the functioning, characteristics or nature of the product. We reserve the right to charge you for these.

How should I return the product?
You should return your order with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. We therefore recommend always carefully opening the shipping box and original packaging so that you can use them to return the order.

Until when can I return the product?
You have the right to return the product without reason within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product(s).

How and when will I get my money back?
After you have submitted the return request, we will refund the amount as soon as possible in the same way that the original transaction was carried out. In any case, this will be done within 14 days. The refund of the purchase price will take place (after receipt of the return) on working days. This concerns the entire purchase amount.

Why do I have to pay the return costs myself and is it not free?
Our products are of high quality and we have chosen to offer the products at the lowest possible price instead of passing on the return costs in the pricing (there is no such thing as a free return). We also want to minimise our impact on the environment, so we don’t want to make returns too easy. So only buy the products you feel really good about! Of course we understand when you are not satisfied.
