The OTR.970 Hard to Buff features 210ml of ultra permanent, highly pigmented, alcohol-based deep black ink. It is strongly resistant to heat, smudging, scratching, and UV rays. The OTR.970 was designed to be used with your favorite ink markers, pump-action valve markers, brushes, airbrushes, mop or squeezer markers.
