The INTERNATIONAL TOPSPRAYER book published by Publikat in 2011 - which had been out of print for several years, and traded at horrendous prices on Ebay - is now returning in a fully revised limited edition. It is assumed that shortly after the release, a note similar to the following will be found in the files of various graffiti research groups: "Between 2007 and 2010, the defendants MOSES and TAPS swapped their pseudonyms. With the help of an unknown number of others involved in the crime, they bombed 1,000 trains over a period of 1,000 days. In May 2011, they published their exploits in the illustrated book INTERNATIONAL TOPSPRAYER. However, since no proof of culpability could be deduced from the book, the relevant preliminary investigation had to be permanently terminated after ten years due to the entry of the statute of limitations. After the expiration of the statute of limitations, MOSES & TAPS now clear the air with the book TOPSPRAYER EXPIRED, MOSES & TAPS now comprehensively explain all the accusations of the trial in words and pictures. In addition, the defendants supplement the allegations with previously unknown photographs and descriptions of the crimes.
