Our orders are processed as soon as they reach us. Did you make a mistake in the shipping address? If so, please contact us as soon as possible! Unfortunately, we can no longer adjust addresses once an order has already been handed over to PostNL.
If there is an error in an address, there is a good chance that it will be returned to us by PostNL. We will then contact you. Unfortunately, we will then have to charge shipping costs again to create a new shipping label. So please check your address carefully when placing your order.
It is possible to change or cancel an order, but this requires swift action. Almost all our orders are dispatched the same day, so please contact us as soon as possible if you want to change something about your order. We advise you to call us on +31 (0) 85 7736 007

You will find the invoice attached to the notification e-mail when your order is shipped. You can also download the invoice from your account. If you cannot find it, please contact us via the contact form.
When you make a purchase at Suitup using your Suitup account, you automatically save for extra discounts on your next order. The number of loyalty points you receive depends on the size of your purchase.

For every 100 loyalty points you receive a basket discount of €1.00
How can I earn loyalty points?
- If you register during the first checkout, you will automatically save points on the account you created.
- You will receive loyalty points per purchase. The higher the purchase amount, the more loyalty points you will receive.
How does it work?
- Fill your shopping cart with the product(s) you want to order.
- Make sure you are logged into the site with your e-mail address and password.
- In your cart, you will see a blue bar at the top where you can apply your loyalty points.
- The discount will be applied to your basket. You will see a row in the basket totals where the discount is calculated.
Do you receive a refund from Suitup, for example when you have cancelled your order or when you have used your cooling-off period? Then you will be refunded to the same account you used to make your payment.
Once we have refunded you, it takes on average 2 to 3 working days for the money to be credited back to your account. Of course, we may need to receive the products you received before refunding you.
Then you will see the amount back on your credit card payment account. At the end of the month, the refunded amount will also appear in the monthly statement.
Then Klarna will refund the amount to you. Not paid yet? Then your invoice will be canceled.
The amount will be transferred back to your PayPal account as soon as possible.
Please provide us with the account number and the name where we can pay the amount. The amount will then be back in your account within 2-4 working days.
Our refund can be found under 'Mollie Payments' instead of under Suitup Group B.V. Can you still not find your refund? If so, please contact our support via the contact form.
Do you use your cooling-off period or return your entire order? Then you will also receive a full refund including any shipping and handling costs paid.
