What is the delivery time of my order?

Orders placed before 7pm on working days will be dispatched the same day. It may happen that there is a stock error in our system and an ordered product is out of stock. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Which shipping partner do you work with?

We work with Postnl and DHL. You can select your preference during the checkout process.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed on working days before 19.00 will be handed over to our carrier (PostNL) on the same working day. In the unlikely event of a delay, for example due to a problem with the order, we will contact you immediately.

Why haven't I received a track & trace?

The Track & Trace is sent by PostNL to the e-mail address known to us. This can sometimes take a while, as our system has to make contact with that of PostNL. Have you really not received anything? Then contact the support department, they can share the Track & Trace.

Where is my parcel?

Does the Track & Trace of PostNL indicate that the parcel has been delivered, but you have not received it? To be sure, check with your neighbours or check an external letterbox. Should it not turn up, we can start an investigation via PostNL. This may take a few working days.

Can I collect my order?

Suitup is online-only, so we do not have a physical location where you can pick up orders.

My order was delivered damaged. What happens now?

With the order number from your order confirmation and the e-mail address you used to place your order, you can report the damage via the contact form.

We will assess the damage and offer you an appropriate solution.

I am not at home when my parcel is delivered. What now?

Do you want to make sure your order is delivered and not sent to a PostNL point? Then you can indicate that in the PostNL App. You can also optionally leave a note on the front door with: 'Please deliver to my neighbor at number...'.
