Suitup does not yet have a physical location or showroom. Therefore, it is not possible to preview your products or pick up your order. Our product pages have the correct product information to help you make the best choice.
Orders placed on working days before 7pm will be handed over to our carrier (PostNL) on the same working day. In the unlikely event of a delay, for example due to a problem with the order, we will contact you immediately.

It may happen that a product is temporarily out of stock. Fortunately, new deliveries arrive every week. So you can safely assume that the product will be back in stock within 5 days. If this is not the case, please contact our support department.
Does the Track & Trace of PostNL indicate that the parcel has been delivered, but you have not received it? To be sure, check with your neighbors or check an external letterbox. Should it not turn up, we can start an investigation via PostNL. This may take a few working days.
Yes you can, please contact us for this via the contact form. Make sure you include the details below for this:
- Company name
- Chamber of Commerce number
- VAT number
- Business email address
There may have been a packaging error, we apologize for this! In that case, please contact our support department, specifying which order it is and which product is missing.

In some cases this is still possible. Please contact our support department as soon as possible to find out if the package has not yet been processed. If this is no longer possible, you can always place a new order or return the unwanted product to us.
