Create funny, whimsical shapes and patterns that can be placed on walls or ceilings that can glow in the dark (after exposure to light).

This special vinyl works like regular vinyl because it can be loaded directly into a Silhouette cutting machine and no cutting mat is needed.

Recommended use with transfer tape to move the cut image from the original backing onto the intended project surface.
