This Clairefontaine Pastelmat contains paper in the following colors; mustard yellow, corn, dark gray and light gray. The Pastelmat is made for use with dry pastels. Thanks to its fixing capacity, layer after layer of pastel can be applied without saturation effect and significantly less pastel powder is released. You no longer need to use a fixative. The soft surface makes wiping with your finger more pleasant.
